How do I stay motivated? I make it a point to ensure that I introduce something new every week. I inculcate the same in my food, workout or even fasting as I have realised that having a variety really helps with the weight loss quest.
How do you ensure you don’t lose focus ? I make sure that I maintain a fitness journal. It really helps me in reflecting what I have achieved so far and keeping a track of my progress.
What’s the most difficult part of being overweight? During childhood, many of the shopkeepers were really rude towards me and used to tell me that they did not sell clothes in my size. People would also taunt that you need to be thin in order to wear clothes of my choice. It was really heartbreaking.
What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line? As of now, I am focusing more towards muscle and strength training as I aspire to be a fitter and healthier version of myself.
What are the lifestyle changes you made? In order to lose weight, I decided to completely avoid processed food and stick to clean eating. It worked wonders for my body.
What was the lowest point for you? It was devastating to constantly hear that you won’t be able to lose weight.

In fact, once you begin to understand the science and logic behind weight loss, it becomes really easy to follow the process.
